Using internal and desk research to support development of a Talent Value Proposition (TVP) by identifying which of Maersk’s global EVP pillars to dial up to attract talent in an incredibly competitive, international market. The insight inspired the talent brand ‘Go big, go Maersk’, with imagery that featured an over-sized photography style and playful messaging designed to intrigue. This was turned into a global campaign which was translated into 8 different languages, with visuals specifically selected for each market. Results included an increase in Glassdoor visits, profile followers, referral numbers and applicants-per-role.
