EVP & Employer Brand - Essex County Council

Creating an EVP and employer brand for one of England’s largest local authorities, utilising internal and external engagement across the myriad of professionals employed by such an organisation. The insight was used to inspire creative development, including the production of an employer brand toolkit and a careers site.
