I'm an Employer Brand Insight Consultant, Insight Project Lead and EVP Maker. I use research techniques to help organisations understand their core narratives as employers - identifying what's different about their offer, grounded in the reality of the employee experience, the context of strategic direction, and against the backdrop of what the competition is saying.
I work with in-house teams directly and/ or in partnership with agencies. My experience spans most sectors, and I work on projects at regional, national and international level.
Sometimes clients are looking for the insights alone. Sometimes they want me to create an EVP. Sometimes they want the insights to signpost how and where best to invest budget in recruitment marketing/ employer brand activations (including creative development), and for me to help shape that. And sometimes, clients just want a facilitated session to help them determine what their project brief should be.
